Collaborative stochastic expansion planning of cyber‐physical system considering extreme scenarios

چکیده

In this paper, a collaborative stochastic expansion planning model of cyber-physical system (CPS) with resilience constraints is proposed. The can reduce the coupling risk and enhance under extreme scenarios, from perspective structural/functional between physical cyber systems. to collaboratively optimize transmission line siting, communication fibre service routing distribution minimize total investment cost. Constraints are divided into conventional constraints. constraints, impact failures on dispatch strategy analyzed, load shedding in scenarios limited guarantee scheme. Particularly, reach stable solution for planning, mixed scenario set proposed based probabilistic typhoon complex network theory. Finally, solved by progressive hedging (PH) algorithm. case studies IEEE RTS-79 test demonstrate that, compared traditional independent model, paper performs better limiting loss enhancing scenarios.
